About Potluck Sign Up
Potluck Sign Up is built and maintained by a small team that got tired of the “who’s bringing what?” group chat. A host lists the dishes and supplies, sets how many of each are needed and shares one link. Guests tap an item, add a name and are done. Nobody signs up for an account, and we never ask guests for an email address.
What we keep, and for how long
A sheet has to live somewhere so that guests see the same list. It’s stored on our server: the item list, the names guests type and any dietary notes. The host link is a long random key, and we store only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it. A sheet is removed 30 days after its event date, and the host can delete it sooner from the host view. What’s free
Unlimited sheets, up to 20 sign-ups and 25 items each, plus the printable blank sheet in Letter or A4. The Event Pass and Holiday Season Pass on the pricing page aren’t on sale yet.
