Terms of use

Use the sign-up sheets for your own gatherings, at home, at work, at school or at a place of worship.

Using a sheet

• Anyone with a guest link can see the sheet and add their name. Share the link only with the people you invite, and do not put private information in a sheet.
• You are responsible for what you and your guests write. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. We may remove a sheet that breaks this rule.
• Sheets are removed 30 days after the event date. Do not rely on a sheet as a long-term record.

Food and allergies

Dietary notes are typed or chosen by guests and are not checked by us or by the host. The sheet does not know what is in a dish. If someone has a serious allergy, they should ask the cook directly.

Paid passes

The Event Pass and Holiday Season Pass are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars, with no subscription and no automatic charge. Purchases are not open yet. Refunds follow the refund policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but we cannot promise that it will never be down or that a sheet will never lose data. Keep a copy of the list for an important event: the print view and PDF are free.
